My stay at the resort was amazing! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Hospitality was top notch, ambience was perfect. Maybe reduce Buggy wait time during seasonal time as we almost had a rift at the beach with an Asian family who were rude to us, acting like we didn’t belong there. Literally acted like they had the right to tell us not to get on one because they were a group. We didn’t know that as there was no visible queue and profiling bunch of random Chinese people to infer they are in a group would be stereotypical. I understand the resort cannot control the kind of people in their space however I brought it up with our guy at the receptionist who apologized for the situation. I will definitely be back here as I had an amazing time

Noticed stains on bedsheet whrn checked in...very obvious it was a used before... they changed it when requested to change..
Food ok ..staff ok ... service ok ..

Everything was wonderful – the restaurant, housekeeping, and even the chef's service – except for the front desk. Their service was a huge letdown, truly unacceptable.
The hotel's environment is superb, with a beautiful ocean and fresh air. Two nights simply weren't enough to fully enjoy it; I'd recommend staying at least four nights. There's a wealth of activities available, such as snorkeling, fishing, and swimming.
A tip for everyone: rooms 356, 355, 370, and 371 are particularly good. It's essential to contact the hotel directly in advance, rather than booking through an agency.

I stayed here to recuperate after breaking my ankle, and I felt that they were always considerate, such as when boarding the boat and the location of my room. All the staff members had excellent hospitality. Best of all, the facility is surrounded by nature, which allowed me to forget about everyday life and relax. Next time I'd like to participate in the activities as well.

This is my second visit to Pangkor Laut Resort. We’ve always had such a great experience here. The location is only 1.5 hrs by car from Ipoh. The staff here is always friendly and very attentive to your needs. Very impressed with senior staff e.g. Segar who will personally be at the jetty to see guests off during their departure.
